Point to ponder
If you could choose how your children would turn out, would you rather they be meaningful and fulfilled, but you would never see them again? Or that they woud lack direction and never feel fulfilled, yet you could see them whenever you wanted?

We should first worry about having them. Not us together. Each of us. You know what I mean.
The Rabbi and the Rabbi's wife brought us up to be independant and we all left home at a relatively early stage to explore that independance, not to run away. Maybe they were too successful?
